Does adding a date to a commit in a personnal note book make it a legal document?

Does adding a date to a commit in a personnal note book make it a legal document?

As with checks, the date is a convenience not a requirement. Even with a signature, this would be more documentation than document. Not due to it's form, but because it is not likely this venue would include all the requisites to validate legality.

Perhaps you could repost with a short description of your notes and objective. The date is not, in itself, significant.

Depends on how you are going to use the comment (?) that is in the personal note book. If you are relying on that note book to prove something in court, like a schedule, what was done on a day, information given to you, or any issue, then a copy of the significant pages in that note book would be entered as evidence. If you consider evidence a legal document then the note book is. Without use in a court, it is just a note book.
