How do you get a job at the National Security Agency?

What kind of training will I need? How old do you have to be? Where are they located? What kind of uniforms do they have you wear?

What exactly do they do?

Here the direct link. http://www.nsa.gov/careers/

Also google "jobs with NSA"

The NSA and CIA don't wear uniforms. It's just like any other office.

The NSA is a Federally-funded civilian agency located in Maryland. They probably have satellite facilities around the US. There are a range of jobs to perform within the scope of cryptology; language and intelligence analysis, computer science, mathematics, and computer/electrical engineering are the meat of careers within the NSA.
"Entry-level" jobs are considered those that require a Bachelor's Degree (4 year) or similar experience. Because of the Veterans' Preference Act, priority is given to applicants with prior military service.
As a civilian agency, your "uniform" would be business wear/business casual.
You would need to be a legal US adult (18+). There are some restrictions on age (among other important things) when applying for a security clearance, as will be mandatory once hired. Check out the nsa.gov/careers website and research their internship program.
