Do i need a lawyer to get a quiet title action?

To file a quiet title action?

No one needs an attorney to file any legal action (the person would be considered representing himself/herself "in pro se" [federal court} or "in propria persona" [state court]).

However, an action to quiet title is somewhat complicated so you probably will need an attorney. If you don't know of any, contact your local bar association to see if they can refer you to one.
