My husband has a criminal record and even though this is in the past, he cannot find a job because all of them do the background check and end up declining his application. How could he find a job? What do people do when they have a criminal background? Is there an agency that helps with this? We are totally desperate, I need help supporting the family. He'll have to apply for a job that doesn't do background checks. the beautiful world of construction you can fin a job if you wan,Chang a town that they not know you. you can work any wear except a cavemen. the only thing i can think of is some fast foods, or other places that dont do background checks, has he ever thought about working at home? most contruction jobs are not guarenteed because of the weather. he could probably also deliver newspapers or phone book. tell him to try got to a temp service, they might can help him. sorry if this doesnt help You can try this secret. I already buy it and was change my life. List the criminal record on his application. That way the background check will hold no surprises for the employer. |
