Can some one tell about private civil law?

It's basically civil law. Civil law means private law. Rarely is it described as "private civil law." This is the kind of law involved when one party sues another.

What do you mean by private civil law?

In actuall in Civil procedure class right now. Civil Law has to do with personal rights. Like if someone hit you rear ended you with their car, or if someone broke into your house. Those can also be criminal. In Civil Law you recieve payment for what happened(compensatory damages) in Criminal Law you get punished( jail time).
