Suing An Employer: Quit or be fired? |
Is the legality of a law suit against an employer (for harassment and retaliation and hostile work environment) diminish if the employee quits the job and is not fired? (Case will be in New York State). This a no win scenario. If you quit the powers that be will circle the wagons and declare you insane. But if you stay hell will look like a Sunday picnic. Whistle blowing is a tough world in america and almost is never rewarding. If that dosen't scare you off then bravo. I'd ask a lawyer this question. Depending on the circumstances, you might or might not have a case anyway. |
