Would you go back the same employer you quit? |
Would you go back the same employer you quit? I was relieved of my duties at British Telecom years ago, 3 weeks later I worked for them in a different office! I quit that job after 6 months of a contract, and went back a year later on 3 seperate contracts for them. The only reason I went back was an improvement of terms and conditions... If the boss was gone yes. maybe..if they'd have me..it's been 51/2 years!!! Sure, if I left on good terms. A lot of people have done that. Depends on why I quit and why I was going back. It's always a good idea not to "burn bridges" when you leave some place so that you could go back if you needed/wanted to. As others have said, only if I left the company on good terms. Any bad feelings at all and I would never consider going back. Never. Not even if they begged me. why not? job is just another game, you love your work, not the company... |
