Describe a typical career path for learning agents in the field of law enforcement. What are common strengths and weaknesses of the learning agents who have followed these traditional paths?

Associate degree criminal justice then into the field. Most promotions are given to officers with a bachelor or a masters.

The most sought candidate career path looks like this:

Part time Reserves/National guard while earning an Associate degree. Completing a Bachelor and then a Masters.
