18 working 4:30-11:30 while going to high school full time-legal? |
I'm 18 and living in Ontario. I'm still going to high school full time but recently got a new part-time job. However, I work 4:30-11:30 on school nights. Is that illegal to ask me to work those hours since I'm still in school or is it legal because I'm now 18? Legal since you are 18. You can either ask for different hours if you are having difficulty with school or find a new job that suits your situation better. In the States it would be legal because you are now 18. I dunno if it's legal...but it did it... Definitely legal, once you turn 18 you get to be abused by everybody. Enjoy it. The legal age for "working" in Ontario is 16. It is perfectly legal because you are 18. Yes yes it is legal. because you are now 18 |
