How to handle being cheated by an employer (H1B)? |
I was hired by an employer X and i got my H1 transferred to their company. They promised me a particular pay (in their offer letter) but changed it and said they would barely pay me some small amount that too without any pay stubs. The H1 transfer hasn't received the approval yet. I have 2 questions: You current employer is required by law to pay you the salary as stated on your labor certificate. you employer is certainly violated one of the provision of your H1b. |
