Im being hurast to the point where they want me to quit my job what do i do!!!!!!!?

i work in a factory with 200 people im never late i do my job i just dont get it what is the law on hurasment

Try learning how to spell it before you complain about it.....

Get evidence or it's your word against theirs. Tape recorder, written emails, whatever...

keep a journal. document instances of harassment. names, dates, times and details of what was said and who was there. when you have enough documentation file a complaint with your shop steward (if you are in a union) and/or your supervisor. If you do not get a response file a complaint with a manager or a company human resource person. If this isn't getting you an investigation then go to the dept of labor or human rights commission. You do not have to tolerate a hostile work environment.

I need more information to answer that one. What some people call harrassment is simply a superviser telling them what to do. and others are really harrassed.

It depends on what you define as harrassment. Being picked on isn't harrassment, unless it's due to something like your race, gender or religion. If it's one of those it's illegal, otherwise most likely not.
