Why does the Law society regulate the way legal practices operate ? |
Why does the Law society regulate the way legal practices operate ? Because so much of what a law firm does is confidential and work for clients, they need a way to ensure that clients get proper representation without creating a poor(er) image of the legal industry. Lawyers are all dishonest by nature. Possibly dishonest by definition, thinking about it.... |
