Should i get a master's in criminal justice?

I have a bachelor's in Business administration concentration in Management Information Systems. I want to go back and get my master's in criminal justices but I don't know if this would help my career. I want to work as a criminal investigator, juvenile criminals, cyber crime technican, private investigator or social worker. I want to make more money not less than what i make now. I am database analyst II at a healthcare facility but I don't like my job it's boring nothing exciting. I can't advance in this department i'm in. It pays good but I'm not happy. I want to work with kids and help them have a brighter future. One of the things that's holding me back from going back to school is loans, I already owe 25,000. Are there companies in the criminal justice field that reimburse for tuition? Please help I really need up with job placement in this field as well.

A master's in criminal justice won't work for a social worker - you would need a master's degree in social work.

If you want to be a criminal investigator, juvenile criminals (not sure what you mean by that), cyber crime technician, or private investigator - the master's degree won't help you get the job - you'd have to start as a deputy for the criminal investigator and you don't need a degree to be a private investigator (although many are former cops).

I can't think of any companies that would reimburse for tuition (at least all of the tuition)...if you get a job in the government sector, they may reimburse for part of the tuition, but not all...but, you would have to get a position that is hard to fill / recruit for, before they would consider helping pay the tuition.
