If you fire your lawyer right before? |
a case, because you want another lawyer?? In general, yes. However, in some situations if the lawyer was really bad or did not get a fee agreement in writing you can get out of paying them. I would ask lawyer 2 how to deal with lawyer 1, then act. the first lawyer still has to get part of the money because he was still working with you on your case. and then if you get another one, than you have to pay him. Man that must be one mad lawyer. lol You still have to pay him because he did do some research, but you don't have to stay with him. of course you can change if it's right the same day before the case...well I'm not sure about that never heard that before. good luck on changing lawyers! If you had hired Phoenix Wright you wouldn't have had to fire you're lawyer... |
