Mock Trial Help? |
I am in a Legal Studies Academy at my school and as part of our senior year, we have to do a crime scene to trial scenario, encompassing the entire legal process. I was assigned a role as defense attorney, and I was wondering if there was anybody out there with eperience in the legal field (preferably in VA) who would be willing to offer advice. Specifically, we have to provide a full list of requirements to become a defense attorney. Any lawyers out there with some free advice? (I know that's against our nature...) There are no specific requirements to become a defense attorney....only whatever is required to be an attorney in general (go to law school, pass the bar exam, pass the moral character determination, pass the multistate professional responsibility exam, get sworn in). It would help to know exactly what you need help with. Obviously, every case is different so I'm not sure that there's any all-encompassing advice anyone could give you that would be all that useful. If all you need is the list or requirements to be a defense attorney, try searching for "attorney requirements" + VA. |
