I'm planning on moving in with a few friends of mine down by the Country Club Plaza, and I'm looking for a job down there. I'm 17, and done with high school. I'd like to work in a clothing store if possible, and I'd rather NOT work in fast food. But beggers can't be choosers, right?

Requirements for Customer Service Representative



The ideal candidate will join our growing team and possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills. Requirements include strong attention to detail, an ability to work independently, and knowledge of Excel and Word. Duties include answering health benefit questions, data entry, and coordinating member enrollments. Computer and organizational skills are required. Prior knowledge of health insurance and medical codes is a plus. Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required.
