Pet limit Johnson County Ks? |
What, if anything, is the number or size limit on pets (dogs and cats) in a single-family home in a residental neighbourhood in Johnson County Ks? Where can I find more info on Johnson County's domestic animal regulations? Call the city in which you would be living. The city would make the limit not the county. I live in Spring Hill and you are limited to 2 dogs. You can go before the city council and request to have more and they send a survey to your neighbors asking about the upkeep of your current dogs and noise levels. If your neighbors say you can have more you can own more than two. But it is different for each city. I am not sure, it depends on your city. In Olathe you can have a maximum of 4 dogs, but like the other answerer said, it varies. Each city jurisdiction regulates for themselves. Contact your local city hall or animal control for information regarding where you live. If you are in an unincorporated area of the county, I would call the sheriff's office. |
