Brunch Buffet?

Please give some input on what you consider to be the best brunch buffet in Kansas City. Price is not an issue. I have been to Yahooz, Phillio's, and Plaza III all of which were good but not exceptional in my opinion. I enjoy seafood and fresh fruits, vegetables, and good cheese selection if this help out on the suggestions. Thanks in advance!!

Oh yes. Sunday in Kansas City...

One of the finest Sunday Buffets was at the Ritz Carlton at the old Plaza Alameda, now InterContenial. It was beautiful, very similar to the Four Seasons hotel chain, it would have everything, sushi, eggs, pizza roast beef, and great service. Perfect drinks. They have scaled back the brunch and placed it downstairs in the old Pam Pam room. Not like it used to be...

The best non-Country Club Sunday buffet is probably the wonderful Westin Crowne Center Sunday brunch. It is at the top of the Crown, Benton's or what ever they call it now. It is a full Sunday buffet .Roast beef custom Omelets, lots of basic standards. The view is excellent from the 20th floor. Serving over 100 different items, the brunch features fresh fruits, salads, shrimp, caviar, salmon, an omelet station, carving stations with prime rib and turkey, crepes and a wide variety of desserts.

Hey you looking for the best bloody mary? Go to the Plaza based Tomfooleries It is great for food in a bar atmosphere and a little on the noisy side. Great serve your self stuff style buffet. Custom omelets.

Crab Cake Eggs Benedict is the best in Kansas City served only on special weekends like mom鈥檚 & dad鈥檚 day at the Capital Grill.
They are not open except on special holiday weekends.

Good Plus is the Grand Caf茅 on the Plaza. Upscale. Buffet or order Ala Carte.

non buffet::
Eggcetera which has a full bar and is located at 51st and Main. Nice for everyday or Sunday dining.

On the low priced side is The City Diner at 3rd and Delaware. Huge pancakes and quick service from a family owned restaurant.

In general there is no standout buffet. I would recommend going to the closest Four Seasons, Chicago and go to their killer Sunday Buffet.
