His brother and father are MDs and he has an inside track to doctors. You apparently have to get a certifying Dr to say the other doctor messes up. He has a genuine understanding of legal and medical issues.

He has consistently brought in high settlements and verdicts.

He is an aggressive former prosecutor who is honest as the day is long. If he takes your case it is $ in the bank. Tell him Kirby said hey.

Not exactly in Kansas City but has a good reputation.
