What is a union bi-lodge? |
our union contrect end on may23,2006,we turn down the company poposer. one week later the union brougt back the same contrect not a word change.the union say that we had to vote with out discussing why we got the same poposer back.the union also said that it take a 2/3 vote to win, and that it is in the union bi-lodge. The union rep said "by-laws", not "bi-lodge". By-laws are the rules under which the union operates. The rules are set by the board of directors and approved or turned down by the members of the union. Gays have the power. It's the lodge where gay union members get together to relax and discuss new lawsuits for discrimination. |
