If i worked for 29and a half hours earning 8.65 an hour tax free shouldn't i have been paid at least 200?

I only received 155 euro for the work i did.i just don't think it's possible that anyone can work that many hours tax free.i was told i wasn't paying any tax and i think i'm being ripped off here.i was told they couldn't give me a payslip either.i'm pretty sure i paid tax and now i can't get it back.i just need to know if i'm right and that there is money owed to me.

if they refuse to give you a payslip theres obviously something shady going on. i dont know about where your from, but over here thats illegal

It should have been 255 not 155 either someone made a mistake or someone is taking out the taxes and not telling you. If you were paid in cash, recount your money it does stick tgether sometimes, if you were paid by cheque, tell the people you worked for that you were shorted 100 because their math was way off!

Demand a payslip of them for your work and then you can see exactly what they are paying you. If they refuse then take the matter up with a trade union. The law is on your side for this one!

yes, you should have been paid, $255.18
