How can i avoid paying capital gains tax on a second property in Ireland.? |
I built a house beside my orginal home. Moved into the new one and rent out the other. I'm living in the new one 3 years now and i want to sell the old one. Any ideas? pay up tight wad :o) don't tell eire inland revenue & they wont know!! |
