How can i avoid paying capital gains tax on a second property in Ireland.?


I built a house beside my orginal home. Moved into the new one and rent out the other. I'm living in the new one 3 years now and i want to sell the old one. Any ideas?

pay up tight wad :o)

with the price rise in ireland over the last 3 years you can afford it, and after all it's only numbers on paper

don't tell eire inland revenue & they wont know!!
