Must I pay CGT (= Capital Gain Tax) - and how much? |
Hello, According to this page http://www.citizensinformation.ie/catego... , I don't think you are exempt from capital gains tax, because you did not live in the house. The same page also tells you how to submit your return for CGT. This link http://www.revenue.ie/leaflets/cgt1.pdf is a guide to CGT (it's a pdf document). why worry at your age give them the lot now |
