If my ancestors left land in Ireland, can I claim it? I'm an 2nd generation American.?

What must I do to start this claims process?

I've no idea but if you do get it, can I have it? I'm gonna make a new Guinness facotry, I need land.

the tax agents got the land for due taxes.
seriously, u can only 'claim' it, if u inherited it. and paid the outstanding taxes :-)
