Need info on Irish Inheritance tax?

My wife's brother has shown her as the sole heir to his home worth about a million euro. My wife is an Irish citizen. Will she be subject it an Inheirtance tax? If so, what is the tax rate? She currently lives in the U.S.

Look at this page: http://www.citizensinformation.ie/catego...
My understanding is that your wife would be in Group B, meaning that the tax-free threshold is 49,682 euro. She would then have to pay 20% capital acquisitions tax on the rest of it.

I know in UK it comes into force after 拢300,000.00 but I do believe that is in the process of being changed.
