if your shares ar in Dmat form you only have to advise your depositry and not the individual companies. from whom are u expecting a communication from, it will not be the company. This is the benefit of having a dmat account, u have to deal with depository only .

Is it in Physical Format...????

Hi,
From the ISIN numbers you have given, I believe you have got the shares in demat form. If that is the case, you don't have to do much. Just give the proof of your new address to the company, where you have your demat account.
And if you have got all these shares in physical form (i.e., certificates), you will have to communicate to each company individually regarding your change of address. From the certificate, you will get the registered address of the companies. Write letters to the companies on these addresses.
All the best.
