Investment opinion.?

I own a house. I have roughly 60000 in the bank. I was thinking maybe buying a duplex and renting it out. But that's a bit risky because i have a lot of things going on in my life. I was also thinking a CD even though the INT is only 3%. What would be the best way to go? Any other idea will truly help. Thank you.

The question I would ask is what do I want from my money? Do you want a little income, Can you lose all of it in a speculation investment. Just think about what you want and once you know the answer, you will be able to answer your own question!!

You should educate yourself or pay someone to educate you about buying, selling and renting real estate investments and investing, in general.

EDIT: You could also join a real estate investment group - AND BE ACTIVE!
