How do i find out what BIG companies have invested in Visa stock?

I dont care about individual investors, but am trying to find out if there is a way to find out what companies have invested in the VISA stock. thanks for your help in any way!

The VISA S-1 registration statement will list the top holders of their stock and tell you which ones sold it in their IPO. You can view the S-1 at the SEC's website at www.sec.gov. Look for company filings. The prospectus (a part of the registration statement) is sometimes called a 424b filing (from that section of the Securities Act). There will be a topic in the prospectus that is called Beneficial Holders.

If holders own more than 5% of Visa's shares, then they have to file a Section 13 (either d or g) to report their investment.

Owners only have to disclose their interest to the SEC at 5% or more.

Mulual funds will list their largest holdings in their prospectus.

Guess the big banks that founded Visa still have their ownership interest, although some may have sold some to the public to raise cash.
