If the results of a company is good profit is 1000% up for eg: "zee news" will the company declare dividend

is it compalsary for company to declare dividend or optional if i buy now what suppose to be the target for short term , medium term and long term

Some never declare dividends, They will anounace dividends around a month in advance at least as well as a "record date". You must own the stock at the record date to get the dividend. Also there are to many variables to place targets for short/medium/long term. Keep up with news and fundamentals. Volume will tell you alot as well. If volume is increasing alot and stock price is increasing then it should keep going for a good bit. You may want to put a trialing stop however to lock in some of your profits.
