Does anyone know when will the bear Stearn's shares will be converted to jpmorgan? |
I'm holding some bsc shares that I bought at eleven, and I know that bsc will not go up again. I'm just woundering when will the bsc to jpm happens? It is probably still several months away. They still have to hold shareholder meetings for official approval. Then complete the merger process. Although, it is certain to happen, the process takes time. As of today at 6:09pm eastern, JP Morgan holds beneficial ownership of just under 50% of Bear Stearns' shares (BSC). They just bought another 200,000 today, so you know JP is in the process of the takeover. It is hard to put timelines on things like this, but I'd say in the next 2-3 months, it will be finalized. |
