Do Hedge funds trade commodities, futures, currency, foreign and options as well as shorting? Yes. Some don't even sell short. Sometime they set themselves up as a hedge fund so they can borrow and use leverage. There is really no restriction on what a hedge fund can do. Of course they do. But most of them specialize in onle a few of the market. Hedge funds do every type of financial trading, but they also use Leverage, which can give good returns or cause tremendous losses. Yes they do. What's your point? |
