Child trust fund voucher?

please can someone show me what the ctf voucher looks like. i sent off for mine a while ago and got information and the aplication back, but i don't think they sent me my voucher. is the voucher usually sent with this information? if so, can i please have an image of the actual voucher so i can double check that i have it or not. thanks!

I didnt apply for mine it just arrived.
Mine was an oversized cheque and looked like a pretty cheque, it cant be mistaken for anything else.

you should beable to find it on the HM Customs website.
My voucher came through automatically. Once you have filled out your application for Child Benefit and have sent it off, it should come through automatically. Other than that phone them (think its a free phone number) and find out.
