How do I get the total return for the Dow, S&P, & Nasdaq for every month?


I track my portfolio every month and compare it to the major indexes. But the major indexes are not the TOTAL RETURNS (i.e. they don't account for dividends). Where can I get the index data with total return on the internet?

I think yahoo has a finance page with that information. You can use the tracking funds: SPY, QQQ, DIA. As a side note, here's a humorous 'investment guide' I came across:
