How can I learn about options on electronically traded funds (ETF's) on world currencies?

These are being promoted by Dr. Martin Zweig, a market advisor who offers to provide information for an annual subscription fee. I would like to find out more without having to pay for a subscription newsletter.

it's all economics my friend ,that's why people go to university for years.they also work on tiny margins ,with no room for error,bankrolled to a degree you would never dream of.Recent example ;U.S. dollar fell and Canadian surged recently,why? China had 1.9 trillion American cash and decided to reduce it's US currency reserve,glut on the market in greenbacks,Canada's loonie looks not bad to most,so people want to get into Canadian dollar as a precaution,that drives price up.too tough to figure out,no rules to work by.

you should start off by realizing they are exchange traded funds.
