Best Discount Brokerage firm to open an IRA?

I wish to open a ROTH IRA. What is the best discount brokerage firm to open a new IRA? Why do you believe it is the best? That is - what other firms have you compared it to (if any)?

additional info - I currently have investments at Vanguard and Fidelity. Looking to see if there are firms better than either of these?

I use Scottrade. No fees. Market or limit orders are $7. I manage my own money, so I'm not going to pay for advice.
