Can you start a tech company if you don't know programing?

But, your really good at explaining what you want.

Why not, hire someone to do the stuff u can't. When u start making money you better give the person good...very good raises because you are bascially dependant on that person to make your living...and your company make it.

not really

I would advise not to, but do find a business partner. That would be very helpful

That would depend on what the company does. There is lots of "technology" that has nothing to do with computers or programming.

If it does involve computer programming, you can still do it, you'll just have to hire a programmer. Most CEOs of computer companies don't do their own programming - they have a staff for that.
