Ford personnel ? Unions? Come on now, look at the stock you guys are under performing!!!? |
I am writing this to inform you that the stock is at $6-7 rang you are no where near the GM guys, the union is great but cut the guys a break , union or not, you won't have anything to bargain if you have no job sooner or later this has to be taken into consideration...... I just hope that these personnel from ford can understand in time before they get pink slipped.... Yea, they are definitely robbing a great American company. Sadly, there's probably next to nothing Ford can do about it. That's why it's very important to treat your employees like a part of the family. They are your most valuable asset. Personally I try to never buy anything made with union labor. Unions are the scourge of society. They promote mediocrity and indifference. I would much rather give my money to somebody in Asia making $10 a day, they deserve it much more than someone in Detroit making 30 times as much. |
