sometimes the solution to any problem is easy. Open Sesame!

The solution to your problem is that you go to http://www.icicibank.com & click on the "Email Us" link in the top-right of that site. Ask them if it is possible. It can be possible because when PAN Card is issued then there must not be any problem in opening a Demat Account. One advice is that, open your demat account only with ICICI Bank. They are fantabulous.
