Is it possible for a Roth IRA to be held in any form of investment? Real Estate/Currencies/Gold/Futures... etc.?

Is it possible? And if so how?

And when I say Real Estate I don't mean a fund, I mean a tangible asset. Same with gold, not an etf but Actual gold/silver bars.

Not everything goes, but real estate most certainly does. There will be fees associated as you've got to have an intermediary involved.
This gives a good explanation for real estate holdings in an IRA:

For gold/silver here's an article:

I'm not recommending either company as I don't have any experience with them, but at least you have some concrete info to work with.

the way my invester told me is that my ira is like a house and inside of it you should try to keep mutual funds and stocks the only problem is you dont get the returns untill your 65 sucks but man think of all the viagra youll have.

In a self directed IRA you can actually keep just about any type of asset you can think of (even a race horse if you can imagine that). With some exceptions of course, for instance you can鈥檛 keep any type of gambling bets like lottery tickets in it. So the ticket from the race the horse is in is not eligible. Life insurance policies are also a no no. Gold bullion would be okay as well, but collectables like gold coins and baseball cards are out. I鈥檓 not sure of the exact procedure to open a self directed IRA. But I do know that you would have to designate someone to be the custodian or caretaker of the account.
