Has anyone successfully used Gorilla Trades stock picking service?

I've seen some ads, but want to make sure it's legit before I sign up.

I have not used them personally, but there are some people I know that have used them successfully in the past, as well as some that think it's just clever advertising and have chosen not to invest. As with any investment or investing service, I would recommend doing plenty of research before you pick anything. You can find some further information about Gorilla Trades in the sources below.

Their legit, I don鈥檛 know their financials as a company, but I would not use them at all. I doubt they can get trade executions as good as a larger company that does more trading volume.

I don't work for this company, but their are pretty solid company.

I've looked into them before, and if I remember correctly, they are basically a short term investing service. They tell you to buy a stock on a certain day, and tell you to get out a week or two later sometimes. This is fine if you have all day to sit in front of your computer and trade, but for those of us that have jobs, we don't have enough times. I was finding that they'd recommend XYZ stock at say $15.75, but by the time I got the e-mail and was at my computer, it was already trading for $16.50 or more. It made it so it wasn't worth it for me.

Plus I think a lot of these investment services only make their gains by first recommending a stock, then all of their subscribers go out and buy it immediately, jacking up the price. A week or two later they tell everyone to sell when the price is much higher from all their lemming readers buying the stock, and the price goes down again. This makes them look like a genious, but it's not very practical.
