What is a good stock to buy and is cheap?

I have seen a very good and usefull dicussion forum on stock market- www.onlimoney.com where you can disuss stock market and commodities.

Here is my list, but they all carry significant risk: TEX, ACAS (below $33), and maybe BAC. The last two have great dividends, but could have substantial downsides, so start out small.
