Filing probate papers in TN for investments/partnerships?

what kind of paperwork would you need to file in TN for transferring the partnership investment interests upon the death of a partner?
This has already been done by the executor who won't tell me what was filed or in what departments papers had to be filed.
I need to find out info that the executor won't tell me like the worth of the partnerships.

I am one of the heirs and all I know is that I now have a certain percentage of the partnership. I need to know what the partnership owns and what it is worth.

Where could I look up what was filed?

I want to find papers filed myself, not find a lawyer--
1) I want to see if I can get copies of everything that was filed in the probate matter AND
2) in the partnership -changing of ownership documents.

Executor refuses to help.

Contact the county clerks office. Certain records pertaining to the probate need to be submitted to that office, and it should be public record if there was a Will Such as an accounting of the value of the assets in the estate. Contact the probate lawyer. If you dont get cooperation then you need to get a copy of the Will and consult your own lawyer.
