HOW to EARN 10% PERCENT RETURN ON AN INVESTMENT.?

LOOKING TO INVEST IN MY RETIREMENT AND EARN 10% PERCENT RETURN ON MY INVESTMENT.

Everyone with stocks and bonds, etc. These are not secured for your retirement. If the market or company crashes, so does your retirement.

Plus, while I admire you asking for a 10% return, this is too low. There are lots and lots of solid real estate investment vehicles which can offer 30% or higher returns. Forget about what the news says about the real estate market crashing. There are too many different types of real estate for that comment to be true. For example,

Apartments right now and HOT. You can get monthly payouts of profits, rents always go up over time and when you sell down the road, you cash in on the appreciation. Put a small down payment and finance the rest. This is just one type of real estate which is fairly solid.

Lastly, real estate is guaranteed by real estate. Even if it loses value, you don;t lose money until you sell it. With stocks, once the value is gone - it's gone!

Try overseas bonds or learn trading stocks and options. Many mutual funds have over 10% return.

Check out ncinvesting.org, they are the only ones i know with high returns and low risk.

I saw that someone already recommended Global Real Estate, but I just wanted to say they are great with investing.

Since the stock market is not going so well, overseas investments would be the best choice.

Alternatively try to invest in someones business. You may receive up to 20% guaranteed interest a year. You will not get such high returns on stocks, mutual funds, bonds or CD's.
If you invest $5,000 at 20% annual interest rate, you will get back $5,500 in 6 months. I run my own business and my net profit is over 5% a month.

Some of the European banks are offering 7% to 14% annual interest rate.
