I swear a lot of smalle companies sell stock just so the owners can retire like hmm hire right inc. opinions? True. The small company I worked for sold out to a much bigger rival. Thankfully I also owned non-participating stock that vested as soon as the company sold. Big payout for 8 years of being a loyal employee. |
