Need to raise funds for fees to complete transfer

Is this some loan that your getting and you need to pay some large transfer fee in order to have the funds released? If so don't do it, it is a huge scam. I have been scammed by one just like this. they offer you a really low interest loan and then tell you a bunch of lies about transfer costs, legal costs... blah blah blah, I made a deposit and got ripped off. Dont do it.

How many you plan to taking loan from Japan?
