Is it true that insurance may not cover you if you have a rottweiler dog? |
and that it lowers your property value if you have a rottweiler? It doesn't lower your property value. Yes certain insurance companies will not carry you if you have certain breeds of dogs or you will have a much higher premium!! Because those breeds of dogs are known as biters!! Really stupid but yeah!! i would say it does not lower your property value.. They will refuse insurance on certain types of dogs . . . or just exclude the dog . . . or charge a bigger premium. I've never heard of lower property value due to a dog . . . depends on your insurance. they asked me if i owned a dog and what type and if i lived in a neighborhood. i do not think it lowers your property value though. you may have to pay more or yes, they may refuse to cover you. BECAUSE THEY BITE when you interrupt them crapping on your lawn |
