Insurance during Maternity Leave? |
The FMLA doesn't apply to me. I work at a company with 12 employees. During maternity leave will my boss still continue paying for my health insurance? He is not obligated to, and probably won't. Get on AFLAC they pay maternity leave. You can ask your employer for it or even obtain it on your own. FMLA only requires an employer to give you 12 weeks of unpaid leave anyways. |
