Dow anyone know about the 7 year warranty on a new house? |
We purchased a new house 1 year ago and it is still within the 7 year warranty period. I was just unsure about what this covers as far as problems with the house. Thankx!! Sarz, No one can answer your question without reviewing your contract. You must find the contract and read what the insuring agreement is and, perhaps even more important, read the exclusions. The insuring agreement tells you what is covered the exclusions tell you what is not covered. Sorry, but this is too broad of a question to really answer truthfully. When you bought the house, you were given paperwork that outlined what the warranty covers and what it does not. Read them. If you're still unsure, call with the agency providing the warranty so they can answer your questions. |
