Applying for Medicaid?


How old do you have to be to apply for Medicaid in Ohio ? Also where can I find the application ?

You will only qualify if you are under 18 (and your parent or guardian applies for you) or are pregnant or meet the federal guidelines for disability.

You need to be 18, and you go to your local office of Social Services for the application and paperwork.
