Workers compesantion settlement has been reached.?

How long does it take to get the check through a self insured company?

The lawyers from both sides have handled this. No judge is involved unless they have to sign off on it. Not sure about that aspect. Thanks!

It depends on every case, once all stipulation agreements have been agreed on than your check should be about 30 days from when the stipulation has been signed by both parties.

No way to definitively answer this question but most transactions of this nature should be a week to 10 days and no longer than thirty days

If you don't have a lawyer, about 30 days from the day all the paperwork is signed and in, if it doesn't have to be reviewed by a judge. Add 60 days for a lawyer, and another 60 days if there's a judge.
